1. Returns for Products

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery or collection.

• To initiate a return, email easyshoerepair@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

2. Returns for Services

• If you are unhappy with a repair or care service, contact us within 48 hours of collection.

• We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a re-service, partial, or full refund.

• Completed and accepted services are non-refundable unless there is a proven defect.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

• Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.

• We will replace, repair, or refund the item depending on availability and your preference.

4. How to Return an Item

1. Email easyshoerepair@gmail.com with your order number, name, and reason for return.

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

3. Ship or drop off the item at any of our stores (addresses below).

4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

5. Important Notes

• Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

• Refunds may take longer if the return is incomplete or damaged.
